how do you make a link to a web site inside ofur banner....???? where can i find it in photoshop

like when u click the banner it goes to the link? I think u use html..

Intructions below (to use it on the forum)

1)Go to "Your Control Panel"
2)Click "Personal Info"
3)Click "Edit your Profile"
4)Then, scroll on down to "Your Signature"..
