Well since battle grounds is down i suppose i should post this here. I am giving this tag way if you would like it state so and i will give it to the one i beleeive needs it the most. (If they can't make there own)

It looks nice and all, but I think the effect distorts Cable a bit too much, he ends up being too bright.
