I made this one in less than an hour. Comments are welcome, by the way i know that the border is messed up, i have to work on that.

ugly. bg is messed up, the pics dont blend, the border is ugly and the font is just horrible. try to use fonts off websites, they are usually the best. work mostly on your backgrounds and blending. also dont ever put borders like that on, embossed borders do not look nice, neither do those borders (forgot what they called O O)

I heard about Ryu(normal), Evil Ryu, but never seen his ygly side!!!
Help me i'm out of here...i give it a fair rate of 2.5/10
