First off...you didn't even tryed to blend the picture. You brightened the picture way to much.
Background way to simple...well its half way decent of a kind....Font really its not going with anything.
This whole tag is random seted and also for the avatar.
I give it a 3.4/10 stop putting random stuff in your tags...

dude you can't rate..his banner's rate% is above a 6...pfft can't rate..anyway 7/10 dbz just isn't the best thing for banners now

andywho, i like this "set". you didnt blend the pictures as all, WHICH IS GREAT. you did the complete opposite of the trend, and made it work. you showed off the charector, hes the focul point. im digging the background, the lines, color, is all works well.

the text, needs a bit work.

in the avatar, get a better pic.
