I'm pretty sure there's a shin shoryuken in the vs. series. I know it's in MvC and MvC2, not sure about X-men vs SF. To do it, just do the regular shoryuken motion plus 2 punches.

On a side note, Ken also has dragon punch supers. Two actually. One is the shoryureppa where he goes across the screen and the other one is the one where he goes straight up (i dont recall the name of this one).
