Ok I have like a black Saturn with gold trim on it, and im thinking about putting up some neon lights under it. but I know for a fact that in North Carolina it is illegal to have Red and Blue, Cause they believe it will confuse people thinking its that cops. Which is stupid if youask me just because some dumbass cant tell the difference. but anyways I just wanted to know if having neon lights on the interior is ok to. Also For my car im thinking should I put Yellow, White, or Orange?

Have Yellow Neons on the inside, and yellow under neons on the outside.

but im not sure if they let u have the lights on the inside? but I will do outside they cost like about 100 for the kit.

u can have neons on the inside ofur car. but the prob is you cant have em on while driving for some stupid reason. they say they're for *off road use only* which is really stupid. but ifur windows are tinted dark enough and u wanna put ur neons on till ur heart can take then be my guest. i know a few people who do dat.
