its funny what u can find in magazines am a big fan of metal gear solid love the games so in a magazine i read metal gear solid 3 i jump and went ballistic so i went t gamestop and asked them about it they said it cmes out in november.i dinnt really like mgs2 because ur not snake ur some newcomer name raiden.i like the swords at the end of the game though that was cool.anyway mgs3 takes place in the jungle. snake parachutes down from a helicopeter.u dont start out with some weak dart gun.no u start with a magnum and there is no radar ifuwanna download the preview go to google and tpe in metal gear solid 3 snake eater previews theyll give u a site right away u have to look for name in english english then the download starts i should take about 50mins the preview is 11:47 seconds long

Thats not Snake thats Big Boss. You play as Big Boss in the 1960's and Solid wasn't alive then since he was a clone of Big Boss. 2/3 of the game is in the jungle.

i had a demo cd for metal gear solid on my ps1 but its really hard to control and move just like tomb raider...? ???

Its my favourite game series and wasthe best game in the world when it came out. So was mgs 2 when it came out.

i have MGS2: SUBSTANCE for PC...
very good game, but the fact that SNAKE was a sideline guy in the main story is pissing me off, all the metal gear serie was about snake, so why changing him ?

as for the story itself, i was disappointed by the ending, its kinda saying that the people's who direct the UNITED STATES and the WORLD itself are like dead for the last 100 years ! so what i understood of that, its leading to a kind of third party that is unknown to any earthling or something !

really i liked the first MGS and i liked the first two MG games. the but the fourth game (MGS2) the ending was just not right it was too stupid in my point of view ! they should have sticked with METAL GEAR being developped as a special project. ARSENAL GEAR was just too damn stupid of an idea, i mean a METAL GEAR the SIZE OF MANHATTAN ? come on, that's stupid !

anyway...
the seres withering away ever since snake was getting out of the portrait and that's what's so bad about it !

oh and did you know there is a second story in MGS2: SUBSTANCE ?
play the SNAKE TALES mode of play...

NO RADAR, NO CHEATS,ONE ALARM YOU'RE GAME OVER, ONE GUARD SEEING YOU... GAME OVER, NOTHING but snake in the place doing a whole new mission. believe me, no radar, its very very hard but its hardcore for fan of the TACTICAL ESPIONNAGE genre ! i know a friend who would like to play that one, he always plays at hard with no radar, even in the first, anyway !

The mags. say that it takes place in the jungle also this is supposed to be the last mmetel gear solid game but thats also wut thay said about the second one :D

I'm gonna try the MGS for gamecube (the only one i got is for GB, and its, suprisinglt, aight)

Well, I've only played the first one for PSX, and it was alright. Sometimes it was a little to hard to see stuff. Nonetheless it was an ok game. I havent played any other Metal Gear's though because they didnt really intrest me as much as the first...But I suppose I should try another one..maybe this one talked about here.
