i think he should talk to capcom and get a good "deal".

Deal from the company is to mail the cartridge back to them (address is in the manual), and select one of these:

1. Get $39.95 plus S&H back as a full and total refund.
2. Get a different GBA game with a T-Shirt or game guide.
3. Trade it in for SFA3 on the GBA when it comes out October of this year.

I'm still thinking, so keep on debating.

if you need the money get the 40$. but otherwise get SFA3. :D

I'm going to return it. It already got old. It is SFII Turbo essentially, but... it just can't captivate my attention. I already got Shin Akuma, and I have no more patience for it.

$40.00 is what I aim for.
