back to topic: umm there should be a page where u can activate the site. just start all over the site and search or email the administator of the site.

yea i remeber when i tried and hopelessly failed to build a web page..u get an email from geocities to activate the web page and u start makin the page from thier if all fails just email an administrator of the site.

Take my advice: Do not use Geocities!!!!

For a much better and reliable website use: Freewebs!!!
With this service, you get no pop-ups..no ads..nothing that advertises you using their service. Its number one in my book for free websites!!! Also you get up to 100mb's of free space whereas Geocities only offers like 15mbs!!! Think about it!

Btw, when you register at Freewebs...they dont send you an email..pick the username, password, and go from there!!!

freewebs sux. You akways get error 404. The space is good but its easier to build with geocities.

You get a 404 Error if you dont finish/start a page. Thats the only time you get one. There is an easy builder on Freewebs so its pretty easy to use. For example..on my SFO site there are tons of 404 errors cause i havent started those pages.

But I made a page and completed it. I still got the error.
