1. DragonBall Isnt Very Interesting Nothing Special To It Most Of The Time, So Most People Wouldnt Have Interest In DBZ! 2.Ppl Like Db Now Coz There Interestid Into What Happend Before Dbz Catch My Drift? And Thats Why. :) |

REAL ANSWER! Dragon Ball Z contained a lot more action and excitement than Dragon Ball, and fans liked it a lot more (as shown from consumer reaction in Japan). Therefore, when it was dubbed, DBZ was released outside of japan FIRST, then Dragon Ball was released later. It also works under the Star Wars principle.....start the series midway through the storyline, THEN go back and tell everyone how it led up to that point. |

u gotta admit, they seriously and ridiculously edited and butchered the original. i use to watch it all the time as a little kid. it was my fave. i mean, who in the heck is not gonna notice exerpts from other anime replacing master roshi's bleeding nose on invisible man cuz of bulma's... chichis? i mean come on! and the drawn on underwear? THEIR GONNA HAVE TO DO THE SAME TO GT WITH GOKU NAKED MOST OF THE TIME! > c its ridiculous, hes a kid... whats the deal... what bugs me is that they have the guts to show 70s and 80s anime and call it new. i mean its obviously freakken grandma old. they're finally showing gundam seed... after they finished watching it in japan like... last YEAR! i mean i saw it already!... too long, i skipped middle episodes.. kinda boring. same with some of the other "NEW" stuff coming to little cartoon network... oy.
