You should have posted this in the members help center,
since this is related to SFO..and now I will give you the details about how you can get images or w/e in your POSTS.

First, you can get a picture from a site..or search for ryu pictures on the yahoo search or google..after, you get the picture URL..then, you go to YOUR CONTROL PANEL..and then click on Personal Info / EDIT YOUR PROFILE..


Now...
..after you get to your PROFILE..then, scroll on down until you see Your Signature.. (the 2nd BIG square box)
now then, put [code:1][img] (the link here) [/img] [/code:1]

..hit the amend my profile button..and then ur done :D

Just in case you want to get the url of the picture and did not understand bob then when the screen comes up as bob says, copy down the url on a sheet of paper or somthing.

*sigh*

All you have to do is use the copy feature and copy the URL..or hold ctrl and press the c button :)
