Can you please teach me how to remove MSN Mobile?
I downloaded it in my phone my phone is Motorola V551 had MSN Mobile for about 2 months i just don't want it cause i'll be the one to pay everytime my friends msg me. please help me |
read your phone manual because that usually tells you how to delete downloaded apps... however if it is a service then you will have to call the service provider for specific directions to remove it. For example if youpay monthly or something then you're going to have to be taken off the service.

just ask your friends to stop sending to you until you can figure it out, try what rage said

ok, i'll try to look through the manual but if you have enough time can you please write fown a step by step procedure to remove MSN Mobile cause as i look through this i don't think it is there.
another piece of information that i have forgotten is that my provider is roger wireless. this forum has helped me with alot of problems that i had, hopefully this forum can help me with this. |
why don't you search on msn help/look in the msn mobile FAQ, on how to unsubscribe for the service, it can be found on the msn home page.

can you give me a direct link cause i am in a loss right now. once again i ask for the community to type dwn a step by step procedure to remove it.

well seeing that you got it from your phones browser i dont think its that hard to get rid of. oh and another thing you're paying for this service right?
well heres the instructions i got: 1. On the MSN Mobile home page on your computer, under My account, click My Microsoft Billing Account, and then sign in. 2. Click View my subscriptions, and then click the service you wish to cancel. 3. Click View cancellation information and follow the instructions to cancel your MSN Mobile service. Note Deleting your account by using the MSN Mobile Delete Account page does not cancel your MSN Mobile service. |
This happen's to me also but I just change my online status to offline.

that may work but he wants to totally remove the program... so just going offline wont do that. |
