I create a banner and I want to add a animation over the banner. What program do ya use to do that.

Interesting, eh so you're looking to buy a animator's program? Hmm well there are several good options. You're going for something simple I suppose just banner working hmm somthing like Swish would work. Its not that expensive at all. Just make shure you read the manual for how to actually create animation unto your banner. It can get pretty complexed if you just run into it. Although Swish in my standards is a very simple program witch does the job for SMALL projects. *Updated its SWISH not Swosh thinking of some other progam" :D

ULEAD GIF ANIMATOR is what i use now, i used ANIMATION SHOP that camed with PAINT SHOP PRO back in 5.5. but now i'm with ulead for my animated gifs !

question... isn't swish a FLASH ANIMATION program ?
if so, isn't that not allowed here ?
