do i need to downlaod any thing you no ???

use photoshop...or maybe even paint for real basic stuff.

How do you make the banner or the person in the banner move or do something like special moves.

ok the first thing u will need is photoshop or paint for ur main image...

if ur making a gif tag then u gotta dload jasc animation shop

after u download it just go to file open and open up the image that u made for ur tag background

then add some blank frames after the first one depends on the legnth of the gif ur adding ... like mine all i have is ken moving up and down and the text thing .. that required about 25 frames..

ok so after u open up ur image and add ur blank framez copy the first image to all the blank ones..

then go to file open and open up the gif u want to input..

then right click the first frame that u just opened and click copy...

then go to ur image with all the copyed frames and on the first one click paste followed by paste in current frame or cell or something like that...

then move the gif to where u want to drop it on the image...

then do that for each frame of the gif and thats it.. then just save it and ur done

**Important** make sure when u put each frame of the gif into ur new animation ur making in the same spot as the last frame so when ur done the gif will move smoothly and all together.
