The G8 summit is the meeting of important world leaders, where they discuss current affairs such as climate change and poverty in Africa. I think this was possibly the cause of the bombings in London today.

Yes the worlds most powerfull leaders in one area.. The area this year was london.... I know why london was attacked... Some terrorist plan to take down all the world leaders....in a single attempt... In fact it's genius.... If such an event accured the world would go to complete hell.... if it went to hell when Kennedy bite the dust iamge..all the leaders at once... scary poop... |

The bombings took place in London and were no where near the G8 leaders, which is the reason everyone's been wondering why London was attacked. |
No... the attacks had nothing to do with the G8 summit. If you listen to the news; those who claim responsibility for the attacks put forth britain's participation in the war on terrorism in Iraq and Afghanistan as their main reason for attacking
The G8 summit was held in Scottland, while the attacks took place in London, England. If they wanted to wipe out world leaders in one swoop, then I don't think the London subway system would have been their target. |
