Yes you heard right the cool as ice Dante has returned for another part of DMC but this time its a prequel. Obviously he's younger and in DMC 3 he has to find out his true origins. You also find out that Dante was not the only son of the legendary dark night and he has a brother, Virgil who went evil and uses his demonic powers for evil. The two have to fight along the way. There is also this woman in the game who is a human demon hunter and is after all demons including dante. Don't be put off cos he still has his bad ass moves as well as loads of other additional moves. A new style system hass also been introduced which controls dante's moving style. Personally I can't wait, the games gonna have more moves then DMC 2 and a better story line then both DMC 1 and DMC 2 not to mention graphics. HOWever in the game he just realises who he is and starts all puzzled about his demon powers. He knows he's human and posses super super strenght and agility but doesn't know his demonic self. So you'll get the ability to harness these powers later on in the game, so we know how Dante got to the position in DMC 1 and 2. I can't wait for this wesome game, set to be the most action packed game of the year and set to have the best audio in a game this year. I can't wait for this game to come ou, damn this is gonna be so exciting to know the guy's past. OH yeah another thing is if youthought he was quite bad ass in DMC 1 you'll be in for a surprise in 3 apparently, cos he humiliates all these demons. If you don't beleive me check these out.

did it come out already or when is it coming out?

Its coming out in december 2004, I think thats in Japan tho.

Lets all hope and pray it isn't a disappointment like Devil May Cry 2.

I've heard that Dante will appear in the upcoming PS2 version of Viewtiful Joe.

Yeah he looks like a joke in viewtiful ben. I'm preety sure this ones gonna be good tho.

lol i've only played DMC1, but it seems from what i heard that DMC 2 was a let down......

as simple as this... all prequels were always a let down story wise !

tho th egameplay must have been upgraded a lot for it to have taken that much time before coming out ! i'm sure its nothing as great as the first one was !

but again, i am only based myself on what i heard about since i don't have a PS2 and i never played any of the DMC games ! from the hearings i always heard, nothing up to now defeats the frst one !

one last thing...
more moves ?
he just realizes his potential ?
think of it and tell me what the problem is with hits !

for those who don't know...
if he just realizes his potential... how come he will know much more technique wise then what he knows in the first two games ?
as he decided to let a chance to all other demons or what ?

They made him have loads more moves, although i'm not quite sure about his devil trigger. It is funny how he has loads more moves then in the other games but thats all good since we don't want an unskilled dante in this one. Of course he's meant to be stronger in the other games, but more moves were put in so we buy it even though it is a prequel.
