Did anyone see it? It really was the greatest concert ever. It beet live aid, it beat wood stock (maybe) and it was just phenominal.
I think it was really awsome how they had 9 conerts set up all over the world in each of the Nations in the G8. It was just amazing to see. |

i saw it last week...when madonna was performing on my lunch break....it was real good...i just wish i could see the rest of it.

How could you do that? This is the concert of our generation. They had concerts going on simulataniously in the USA, Canada, UK, Italy, Russia, Japan, Germany, France and Africa! It was on MTV and VH1 all day.
They had the biggest bands from now and from then, even Pink Floyd reunited. |

You people are idiots. This was history in the making, it was the woodstock of our generation.
It was free to watch! Some monments really did make me cry, and anyone who didn't cry when the african women who they saved in Live Aid (20 years ago) came out, and since then she has grown up to be all smart and colleg-bound, you've got ice in your vains. |
Yeah everyone was texting in this country to get free tickets, sadly some of the winners started selling them on ebay but they were cancelled.
