2 things goes wrong here !

1 - bison should pulsate like that but a lot slower then that. now it gives me the effect of him being a gyro light ! you know what's on top of the police cars !

2 - your banner isn't the same size everywhere, which is what makes that little blipping thing at the bottom of your banner ! the rest is all good !

just work those two and i give you 9 !

I was going to make some bullpoop excuse about the banner movin like that (up and down simultaneously) and say that it was meant to do that as if Bison was laughing...But since Karma the Flash Expert has caught me out...I can't really say much.

Hmm the animation is veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy cheesy. This would actually look better without animation its just a light tween....come on :laugh: I give it 4/10 not for the animation which gives me headache 6/10. Nice avator though that gets 8/10.
