I woke up this morning and headed over to my favorite gaming website, http://www.gamefaqs.com , and saw that they were having a poll to find out the "Best Game Ever". I was please to see Street Fighter II among the contenders. But I was HORRIFIED when I discovered that Street Fighter II is LOSING to Super Mario RPG of all things.

Please, lend your support to the mother of all fighting games and head to www.gamefaqs.com and vote for Street Fighter II!

It's not even worth voting... We obviously know who's going to win (Final Fantasy 7). Gamefaqs is filled with a bunch of f fanboys.

To be defeated in the semi-finals by a semi-decent game is one thing, but to be defeated in the FIRST ROUND by MARIO RPG is just shameful.

FF7 should obviously win, its the best game of all time.
Oh and Super Mario RPG aint that bad. RPG's always attract more people who use the internet or gamefaqs.

listen up kid... you may find it a bit shamefull ! but look at it this way...

FIGHTING GAMES are never the most loved type of game in history !

they were by the time they were in the arcades !
but on a console, never have any fighting game been the most wanted ever !
it has, is, always will be the ADVENTURE / RPGs !

so why are you so mad to see something which was so evident !

look at the the TOP 10 DOWNLOADED FAQS, you'll see no fighting game there, maybe one, but surely not two !

The second ... wuts the name.. for gba... the one with drakula.. n the castle, n the knife... n the monsters.. n abilities n stuff... castle wucha wuh?

Castlevania is a horrible game. Worse than Metroid, even.

u must be an rpg player. its great and metroid to. its a good side scroller with a little rpg n tactics involved. it came a long way from the days of impossible mission. i hate rpgs lol. im a sonic/mario/kirby... any decent side scrolling game, including castlevania. i was skeptical at first cus i tried the first one but the second one was great... the third one is ok but too much... weird power. castlevania will always have a place in my heart... im tired tho of doing the first levels over and over! why wont my save states work on the damn xbox!!!
