Whateva... if Ryu had no legs he would be practically immobilized, unless he used his hands to move about, but then he would get his face kicked in by Ken. Ken, on the other hand, can move about and kick Ryu's face in. Pretty interestin' stuff, ain't it?

Yes but what if Ryu preformed his deadly 'shinku hadoken toe scorcher' ...ehh? ???
Then Ken has no legs either...and Ryu can punch him. :D

I believe Ryu would like to be disabled(for a moment), it would be good to him to test out his abilities if he didn't have legs, though Ken with no arms wouldn't like it(he specializes in shoryuken).

But Ken would win. Ryu has to take time to prepare the hadouken(or even shinkuu, or Denjin), While Ken has his shippu jinrai kyaku super which means swift as lightning kick. Though it's not swift as lightning, I'm sure it's pretty fast(noticing the point blank super in 3S).
