Whenever I am playing, and I block, usually, I seem to get hit anyway. Is it just my computer, or what? (this happens especially during Hypers and helper attacks...)

Happens to me to. When a shinkuu hadouken is launched, I can't air block it, but if I air block a kiko-shou(meaning purposely jumping in the kiko-shou), then I can block it.

well i been meaning to tell tmy to fix it but i keep forgeting and talk to him about something different lol

A relief indeed. Resorting to usage of helpers is a unnecessary problem. This should most definitely enhance my performance.
