im new to this game an i cant figure out how to choose my character, i can move the select thing but the choice seems to be random, can sumone help.

go to options and click on the keys for right left down and up and put the arrows or watever u want
the dfault keys are as follows:
up: w
down:s
left:a
right:d
light punch:u
medium punch:I
heavy punch:O
short kick:j
long kick:k
roundhouse kick:L
start (taunt):1
but u can set them as u want!

You choose a character with an attack button.

also the button combination that you press when you have highlighted the character will determine which helper you get in the fight
