if you really want a banner desperately you can make it yourself throught MSPaint
get yourself a pic then put your name on it then host it to boomspeed.com but first you have to make an account there so you can upload it

but if you want a really cool banner, go ask a tagger...see above topic for a banner request or you can PM someone to make you

But then you ask the question how do they make their banners? Well get Photoshop, Adobe or another workshop thing like that and go from there. ;)

At boomspeed.com you have to pay every month, right.

no boomspeed is a free hosting site u only pay for more space
