every one has a banner nowadays.i once had a banner made by tacobueno23,but that backstaber took it off....so,its up to me to make my own....
so i dont have adobe paintshop,but i do have the print shop.

so, can The Print Shop 12 make banners?if so,then tell me how to make one...
