that used to happens to me sometimes if you use the downloadable version load the game and exit the game and re load it and try it again if it happens again it may be because u are behind a firewall if so go to options and select the i am behind a firewall option and try it again in story mode and it should work

2: click on "Internet Options"
3: click the "delete files" button
4: after that, restart your computer

Wrong.. some computers ru non shockwave 10 (as i hear).. so um.. the best thing is to try both of the flash players out :biggrin:
