i think there is somthing wrong with my game. every time i fight somebody they move heka fast around me and every time i try to dash the always end up behind me. And when ever i fight chunli user, they jump alot. and they just keep on jumping fast and i'm trying to fight them but i can't hit them.

1) Host your own games more often.
2) Turn on your slow connect mode in the game options.
3) "optimize your game"...meaning clear your cache, defrag your computer, dont run a bunch or "other programs" while playing the game, press Alt, Ctrl, Del...you should only have maybe 10 programs running in the background while playing the game. Get "Ad-Aware" it's a program that finds and deletes "spy ware". these spy-ware programs may be trying to send info back to "whom ever gave you the spy-ware" using the same port you connect to the game with.

4) And lastly...the uber super important one...read the F.A.Q.

Now back to topic...

It's probably like that for you, because of the new engine. The new engine made the game faster and less lag.....That's why if you pick Turbo, the guys will move twice as fast than before....Try getting a new connection or maybe it's your video card...maybe it too slow to capture all the frames... ;)
