Hi whenever I click on the "Ok" button this error keep popping up:

Eternal Error: Unexpected failure while compositing bitmap member 2 of PLAYER CAST 7.

I did the download for that shockwave 8.5 from the site and done this cach and the delete files thing... and I have all the files that needed to be download from the site for the software for SFO. It still happens whenever I try playing the "Ok" thing please help really want to play...

Oh, and my download keep stopping whenever it comes to 50% waited for an hour and still wouldnt work plz help thanks in advance....

clear cache, restart computer...

to do this, go to your Internet Explorer

1: click on "Tools" at the top
2: click on "Internet Options"
3: click the "delete files" button
4: restart your computer

I tried what you said and it still doesnt work? the download and the error is still there nothing seems to change the stuff still is the same... I dont know what else to do can someone help me?

do you use the download version or the online version.. the online version got less bugs...

Well ledmonkey I dont really know how to check it and yeah this is an old computer I guess well dont really know and, yeah I use the download version not the online one..

Queit-Killer I read that page and I had done what it said but it still wouldnt work thats the problem I have no Idea what to do..
