When I fight someone, I can't damage them, and I don't know why, but can someone help me? Or give some suggestions, or something.

you do damges the opponents it just dont show it on your screen not really

if you do a special you will see his life is not damage but in his screen it will show he is losing life

its kinda like downloading. Depending on what kind of modem you have.
Fro example: You hit your opponent. Your hit is gonna take a while to get to his computer(usaully within 20 secs. in 56k).Some time it wont reach his computer at all. What will seem like you hitting your opponent will most likely be where he was a few seconds ago. So he might be right behind you getting ready to super you into the next century.
