when i try to install i game at the end of it it says i can't install some files because i need to be in an administrator account but i am in one. look at this

hmm...
the way i see it...if your computers have differen users, it is possible that the user you use is a LIMITED account. Meaning, you can't install what you are trying to install. Find out who has administrator privileges to give you administrator powers or just let them do it for you |

there is only one account and it is an administrator account and it is not downloaded it is a cd. how can i fix this?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? Because it seems to recognize you as someone trying to edit the game.

yea i have done that it still gets the same error.

i got the same problem but with msn 7.0 and this is the solution. dark paladin is right, but i'll give a more detailed version. ask someone in your family if they have the administrator account. ifd they don't know go to there account without them knowing or you could just ask them. go to start, settings, control panel, users accounts or something like that and you'll know they have a administrator account if they have accounts in the bottom of there control panel. click your account and change yours to administrator
