wow some old 02 topics are revived withought no-one posting in them from 04 is it a glitch cus now some ppl are posting in really old topcis which ur not supposed to?

This isn't considered a "glitch"... Never heard of a glitch at a forum... Anyway, I don't recall it "against the rules" to post in old thread. -This I'm not very sure of.

Someone was probably viewing an "old thread" and decided to post. Then members start viewing the "old thread" and it becomes active up again...

No.. I think it's actually a glitch.. go ahead and look at those topics.. the last replies (except someone found out about the rule and deleted his/her post) were in late 2002... so somehow the topic just revived itself O_O

However, I won't rule out the possibility of someone posting and then deleting his/her own post

Some of those topics could of been pinned (so it would always be there) and no one didnt reply in it since 2002, someone could of read it and posted their opinon or what not. Then people strated it back up again.
