Ok please dont post here unless you have the ACTUAL FIX.. ive wasted alot of time already trying to fix this..
I did a clean install of Windows 2000 on my computer... reformatted and everything... when Windows 2000 got installed... it said that it was setting up my mouse and keyboard... when i finally started up my computer with everything supposebly *installed* i see no mouse cursor on the screen like if it was invisible... i tryed everything to put the mouse cursor back in the scren... -i went to my Device Manager and it doesnt even say Mouse anywhere. -i went to Control Panel and clicked on mouse... it has no devices installed so i cant upgrade the mouse to anything. -i went to Add New Hardware and Mouse is not even a choice. -i somehow installed my internet using tabs and alt buttons to move around my screen. -on the internet i went to www.logitech.com (logitech is the company in which my mouse was created) i downloaded MouseWare 9.7.6. and when i installed it... it says Logitech MouseWare installed on UNKNOWN PORT. IT IS SUPPOSE TO SAY INSTALLED ON PS/2 PORT.. can someone please give me some advice to FIX THIS PROBLEM I AM HAVING PLEASE... |

Thats the answer..And make sure the mouse doesn't have any broken wires or the connection thing (look at it) and see if theres any dust, or a broken wire in there too..
but Windows 2000 maybe is too old...Get XP..Its much better  |
lol well i decided to get Windows Millenium.
1. I remember the FPS increase Millenium used to give me when i was playing XVSSF IN 2001 2001. 2. I used to play 3 times better with Millenium. 3. I lagged HARD AS HELL with Millenium. Edited By dominicankid098 on July 17 2004 at 12:58 |
