It isnt the game..it's you.
Defrag your computer and dump all your temp files and cookies. Personaly I'd go through and do a complete system maintanence on your computer....make sure everything is in top running condition and you have no virus's and/or corrupt files, and then re-boot. If you are playing the URL version of the game you will need to reload it. Then try playing the game. If you are playing the down loadable version of the game. It is advised that you first re-install the xvssf.exe file of the game and then try playing. If things still aint working right...download and re-intall all the game files. As well as, Press "Alt Ctrl Delete" you should only have about 7-10 programs running in the background..if you have more than that. your system may be over taxed and unable to run the game properly with out enough resources. In wich case you will need to disable all the unnessecary programs in order to free up your computers resources. Also do a search on google.com for "Ad-Aware" and download the most current version of the program. The Ad-Aware program will search your computer for any "spy ware" and give you the option to erase them...it's good stuff..i use it often. Edited By nosoul4evr on April 26 2003 at 16:48 |
MrPegasus88: Look... it's not a problem with the game. I did ask people in the game and no one said they were having that problem. I havn't had that problem all day, and apparently you're the only one I've been hearing this complaint from.
Try these: - Try using the downloadable version instead of the online version. - As nosoul4evr said, delete all temporary files/cookies. - Try changing your network options (ex: if you've got a dsl, then turn on "old connection mode.") - READ (not skim) and try everything the faq says. - If you're still having problems, try playing again in a few hours/days. |
