Why didn't you just save it to your hard drive as a .jpeg file?

<font color="blue">Ok.. for Paint Shot Pro 7. You save the document with the .jpeg file extension, you do know how to do that, right? Then you go to your account at the hosting site, press browse, and if you just saved it under the default folder for that program you would go to the C: folder (Press the dropdown arrow near the top and click it) then go to program files, then Jasc Software *Somethin else here* and open that folder up. Then make sure you have the option which determines which files you may view is set to include .jpeg, and double click it. It will put the filename in the space for you, then all you have to do is press upload. To see your picture on the web, press navigate, to the right of your file.
