nosoul's website is best for special moves commands and info about all the available characters on the game.
well, you could have asked about your "cheats" in the the Member's Help Center, but I think.. if You get a certain amount of wins, you'll unlock a character...

1 - there are no cheats in this game.
2 - to get other chars you gotta win the number that is writen to them.
3 - EVIL RYU and SHIN AKUMA (aka AWEFULL AKUMA) cannot be release, youg et them only if you are a VIP

5 - hope this helped you understand, now check under my signature go tot he web site and found the SECRET SECTION where commands and the likes are found !

nosoul site is good it helped me out a lot back when the old streetfighter was out
