I've tried hosting, my buddy has tried hosting, and we've both challenged each other to "quick game". Problem is we can't play, it says something about the port which ours is both set to 1626. Whatever the default port is. I'm not on a router or have any firewalls going, he tried removing the router, still a no go. And it's not even him, there have been a few other ppl that i couldn't get a game with [comming up with the same problem w/ port], whats the deal?

Oh and while i'm at it, on my d/led version, i can't x out or anything unless i do it by end task by alt tabbing, whats up with that? I ask this b/c i noticed on the screenshots on the faq above the dude had the things around the game where you can x out, of course his was a little different design.

well when he has the router on he has to make sure "old connection mode" is checked on in options under network for the game and THEN he will be able to join your game.

if it didn't work when he took the router off...then chances are his IP needed to be reconfigured so a simple setting of typing: AUTO for ip in the game would of resolved that.
