Is there a way to set up a router or firewall or anything else that can prevent u from hosting so it can allow u to host

sorry, but the sad truth is that those ofus with routers cannot host.

there might be a way, ive tried it, but it doesnt work for me. you can toy around and try to open ports 1626 with your router gateway.

port forwarding doesn't work :( trust me i have tested many routers...

what is in this game that makes people without routers not being able to host

routers have built in firewalls, and with this game you cannot host with a firewall enabled.
