Not sure if this was mentioned already but here goes.....

After your partner has died....the remaining player is still able to do a crossover attack....

Believe me...i did it in a fight i recently had...

I'm pretty sure i'm not the only one who had this problem...

But just in case...Have any of you noticed that?

in mines, when your first play dies , your second player is unable to do crossover in 1on1tag, it just a wide open health bar waiting to be knocked down

Yes I know I think the problem is lag and I think you shoud reduce it is by turning off background sound and music.

Oh don't worry man...My laptop doesn't lg THAT much....it's happens in 2on2s with me....i always have the game music off...

but it's kinda weird...i'll try it under different situations to see if it's just me.

Try defferent lag reducer's in the option's and i bet it will not happen, I just tried it.

Well I know sometimes when your opponent does a variable in 1 vs 1 tag, it brings out your other character for no reason, and can really mess you up for nothing.
