Excuse me but is the Raging Shinryuken a real move ? In story mode i had Raging ken and i tried that move didnt work

Yeah it is same as RD but he does an uppercut sweet.

you won't be able to do it in story mode for one reason !

it barely ever works in TAG matches !
the reason is...
the key required for it to start are those that makes your partner come out, so while doing it, your partner will come out thus ending your super keys from working !

so if you want to see it, play online with people and play 1 on 1 !
this way RD moves are easier to pull since the partner is non-existent in that type of play !

i mean ken doing is shinryuken without the dragon following and then boom black screen and then back to normal !
