gaHHH, pls anyone help me

i cant seem to frame my site
id appreciate if anyone can make me a frameset html
i wanna have a "simple" frameset with left and right html

the left html is my menu, i called it "kaliwa.html"
NOW my problem is i cant seem to open the right frame which is the content
dunno how to target it.... :(
