For me anyway,

When I use downloaded version it says 'picture not found' and when I go to web version the screen is just blank.

try clearing ur cache...

-Go to Tools.

-Select Internet Options.

-A new window will pop up. Look for a section called "Temporary Internet Files". Press the "Settings" button.

-A new window will open, where it says: "check for newer versions of stored pages?" That should be set to "Automatically" or "Never".

-If it is set to "Automatically" and your browser still makes you download the game every time you try to play SFO, then change the setting to "Never".

-At the bottom of the same window you'll see a slider for the "Amount of disk space to use?" Make sure that is set to 100mb+ through 200mb+

-Click "OK" and you'r done.

Once you've done that.....reload your computer, and it might be OK.

yea dis happened to me..if ur web version stays blank dat means u need to update ur shockwave i think to 8 or 9 i forget but Bob marley tol me and it worked afterwards...good luck

^^^Just as "evryoung8998" said. You may need to update your Shockwave by getting Shockwave 8.5.

Enter it's setup, and just follow directions. Hopefully it'll work after this.
