how do you get the avatars that say VIP on them

And if you were a ViP, you would know, but since yer not, I guess you don't. And it's not like you can use it anyway!

well there is a way to get the vip avatar but you'll probably get banned if you try it but it's pretty simple to do

if u were vip....then there is a vip who would make em for u..if ur not...hell tell u not to waste his time
