guys it seems that I can't download the new version of the shock wave interface.I have tried this 4 OR 5 times still it doesn't load and says that there were some internet problem while the internet is just fine and nothing is wrong wth it

read the faq, there is lot of solution in there.
one of em, is empting your cache and then retry to download.
if this not work then i cannot help.

i'd have to guess it is a problem with your browser... re-install IE (or Netscape/whatever-u'r-using)... then try to install it again:

i said that because it happen to me sometimes i download a thing i try to install then it crash then after that im not able to do anything so just delete of everything i made then it work again !

TMY APP how do u re- install your IE?
