As i was playing SFO for this week i noticed there was ALOT more lag then there was as usual, but my point is......is this cuz of my firewall that i have behind me? Or is it because sfo is under construction?

maybe u was in a server with alot of ppl or u was running a program that has alot of kb! :biggrin:

try putting background on instead of speed adjust! and turn the music and sound off! :biggrin: that can cause less lag! :biggrin:

Also try having only the game open and go to a server with less people that should help...

It probably is your firewall, too.

or you have a slow old comp like mine with a crappy connection.

Its probably ur firewall, or maybe ur computer couldn't maintain the same speed of info the other ppl u were fighting with(slow connection).

if your talking about the actual game (while your fighting) then the problem might not even be on your end. it could have just been that your opponent has a crappy connection.

sum ppl comps just slow! (not mine)

lag has nothing to do with the servers of SFO...it depends on how well you and your opponent are synced together :biggrin: ppl think that if they goto a room with less ppl they will get less lag, but that's not true...the one who challenges or host a game runs it's own server once the match starts :biggrin:
