SFO will not let me login.

I typed in my name and password many times and it still says unable to authenticate.

yeah sometimes the authentication server is down, it might be the cause, or sometimes it jsu doesnt work for an individual user, try again later on.

If everything is cool, i.e, you have the pw right and every single thing, then the server... i.e. the login server might be down. If that's the case, then there's noffin you can do but wait for it to get back up. You'll have to log in as a player for the mean time... sorry.

Then again, if you login into the game, and see ppl with their user names, then send an email to TMyApp to see if your account hasn't been terminated. :biggrin:

yep, and your wasting your time by doing so.

Sometimes the server is just down and you can only lag in as "Player". but if this problem persues, try clearing your cache.
