i install that link i got for divx and i still can't play avi's

Use windows media player. You don't actually have to open up the divx when you're trying to play a video.. I find that it works good with the windows media player :)

..you should try re-installing divX player |

Hey max, why dont you give me your e-mail, and ill just e-mail you the codec i use... It works perfectly fine with any type of video file, that includes .avi
