Its really not my original Idea. I got it from a forum called gamewinners and it works for that forum.

When the gamewinners forum started 2 years ago it started out similar to what this forum is now(people posting over and over just to get there post count up,people making useless topics, ect.).As the forum grew the rules got stricter.What they did is they said that if any won was banned from the forum when they came back from their ban they would find their post dropped to zero and they were ##### all over again.This helped alot at lowering the amount of spam.

Also there was alot of flaming and it caused alot of the threads to get off topic which made them useless. So they created a special section for flaming and taking your anger out on whoever and whatever so people wouldn't flame in the other sections and topics could stay on topic.

These are just Ideas from another forum that I want Tymapp to take into consideration.

I haven't been to that forum in a while so Im not sure if there rules changed.

With the first i idea the the person who tried to get his posts up. and what he got it the 1000 and got banned and got it to 0. that would teach him not to try and put his posts up. :p

thats gangsta. we should have that here then, especially the post count drop to zero.

first: what is it good for ? i don't care for the rank under my name and lots of people around here does the same ! i really think getting the counter to ###### again won't do a single thing ! except to those little number of person that thinks otherwise !

second: being BANNED without even being warned is really MEAN. it's like being trown out of their jobs without a single warning like one of my friends ! and then we asked why, the boss sent him this is answer:"it is none of your business !"

no, i too want more discipline in here, but let's be realistic and not too MEAN with people who just wish to get back on track after the first warning ! i couldn't agree more to ban a person who has receive 2 warning and more but had continued to act stupid, but those with 1 warning and they turned to be ok...

yes but those are the people who don't spam,don't triple post all the time, don't create the same topics over over and over again and don't make useless topics.

Im saying it should be for the people who do all that stuff.Obviously they do that to raise there post. So to punish them erase all there post so they know that spamming and trying to raise there post is getting them no where.

Then the outcome this goes and become's a forum of just flaming.

I think random Insanity is a place for wacky post's.

A some what minimal of flamige not much that I saw though.

Admin would not have to waste their time having to ban some one again.

have you ever considered that people who tripple post didn't do it necessarely on purpose ?

example:
I (i already did that mistake lots of time at the start) am accustomed to the BACK button who comes with the navigator ! so when i made a mistake about my post, i just BACK and edit the thing then resend again ! it's almost what EVERY person who don't know a forum (like me about a year ago) do every time to made a mistake or forgot to mention one thing !

next:
it's not because people TALK much that they necessarly want their post up and spam just for that purpose, you are GENERALIZING on things that do not are like that that much ! meaning that there are very few people who actually does this !

next:
they put a topic like 3 or 4 times in a row ?
have you ever notice how their topic first get off the first page before they does the second one ? have you ever thought that they probably just aren't knowing that the forum is set to NOT SHOW topic older then a WEEK ? they can probably don't know that and think their topic is now gone, so they do another one !

i say, lets give a chance to those by LEARNING em how a forum work ! cause if we had those rules you mentionned when i joined the forum (i NEVER touched a forum in my entire life before that day, and i'm serious) then i would already be banned for sure by now !

this could be the solution to the major problem, but it wouldn't solve it if the person still doesn't LEARN the way of doing things !

it doesnt matter dude.. thats the only way that they will stop of making useless topics..

like on of my friends , i told her to sign up here and she made a topic about who loves eminem.. and she didnt read the rules either ..
