[color=#00 f f]IVE NOTICE THAT ALL YOU SEE IN BANNERS AND avatars is peaple asking others peaple to rate there banner so i think we should have an area were peaple can come post there baners along with other a you can go down a list of name and click on the one you want to see and if you like it put the rating in a box.this will deleate alot of basicly the same topic in banners and avatars :unclesam:[/color]
