well i was playing xvssf and marve| capcom2 and stuff well while i was playing them i was doing projectiles wit ken and stuff wit cycolops and ppl but then while playing it hit me there is a reason why ppl use ryu so much because of projectiles thats why there is not a lot of any other character users what i am really saying is that like when u use cycolps (ty tmy so much) his obtic blast is like this obtic blast rest for a sec obticblast rest for a sec obtic blast rest for a sec obtic blast what i am really saying is that tmy u should make ryu hadukens like that not like haduken haduken haduken haduken cause sooner or later we will be loaded wit chatacters and they will not be picked because of this same reason i am talking about. im not just talking about ryu i mean spidey akuma sent

Projectiles are over used due to lag...

Sorta like a =way to increase your chances of hitting someone...=/

I don't think everyone uses them as much in a Rom battle or a battle on there normal game system.

Your request is farfetched.....but it has been addressed before.

:shocked: Dude, that whole post was in one sentence!

As for the ryu pausing, nah, cheapness is a part of this game, the reason he made cyc|ops slower was because the beam went across the screen very fast, thus making it impossible to counter, and very hard to dodge.

But Ryu, on the other hand, shoots a fireball, not a beam, that moves across the screen, not appears instantly like optic blast, making it easy to parry (just shoot another fireball, for crying out loud) or just jump over!


Therefore, I see no need to change the Hadoken! ;)

ok let's say we get um ken in this or rouge or um... jurnaut. now tell me how would they fair wit ryu tell me how does a good wolvie user even bair wit a good ryu user. hum... not very good now i have to say out of all the characters the fairset is shin akuma why because his haduken does overwhelm others, think about it.

Are you talking about like in MvC where Ryu does a hadoken, and then waits until it goes all the way across the screen, and then you can do another one?
Well, it seems somewhat a bad idea. It would make characters with projectiles so unused, (Except for ... n00bs) that they might as well become forgotten...

Listen in the actual game it's self lag isn't an issue.

i dont think the projectiles are any unbalanced at all.
If some one constantly beams you, just do a "block jump" in the beamers direction so you get in close range.

dosent the hadokens reach the screen or become "eliminated" before you can fire a new one?
well, ive never managed to have 2 of my hadokens/web balls
at once on the screen ??? (maybe becuz im new... i dunno..)

I dont think Wolvie is victim for the hadokens, because when he blocks them he dosent take any damage?

Well, at least i think the projectiles are OK ;)
