This has been said from the first day this game was made. "How do I do a (super) Kamehameha?" You idiot newbies, this isn't DBZ and it isn't Goku, it is XMvsSF and it is Ryu. You idiot newbies it is a hadouken. If you don't know that why are you playing??

Thats not even a pic of a Kamehama ;p but anyway.... I made a gif of Ryu shooting a Kamehama wave once...I'll see if I can find it :)
