ok here how i goes...
i was facing nosoul (no not here to complain)
it was ken vs evil ryu...
and basiclly to the point...
i super jumped above of his shinkuu hadoken...
but then i see another par of arms ontop of ryus head doing the special also and im absorbing the same amount of damage but not getting any special bar...

well I think you should knowby now that SFO is plauged with lag and causes some freaky things to happen sometimes.

yea, i think it's lag... no need to worry if it only happens once in a blue moon, but if it happens to you alot! then it' something to worry about.

Thats A Bug Basicly A No Characters Special Can Move (Except For cyc|ops)!

well thAT bug was fixed in the DOR update...
